Missy Burton is the Executive Vice President for the Ginisis Group,Incorporated (GGI). Since 2014, she is responsible for the strategic, operational, financial and employee performance and culture for across the Ginisis enterprise. Missy brings over 21 years of experience leading and managing industry, government andcommercial services through both mission and acquisition support services. In addition, she serves in the Air Force Reserve, as a senior leader, in Colorado Springs, CO, supporting the command’s only Space Wing. Missy is a certified Executive Coach ACC-Level by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds a BS in Ed from Baylor University and an MBA from Texas A&M-Commerce.

Joseph Cave is the Director of Operations for Business Development for Ginisis Group, Incorporated (GGI) since the fall of 2023, focusing on DoD and Federal market growth, cultivating strategic partnerships across industries, and ensuring the success of internal corporate initiatives. He brings over fifteen years of experience in both DoD and private sector leadership roles, ranging from command positions in the military, advising middle market businesses on risk profiles, and as a Deloitte consultant serving federal and DoD clients. He is an Army veteran, serving five and half years on active duty as a Field Artillery Officer, and currently serves as a Major in the Army Reserve, Military Intelligence branch. Joe is an extremely avid golfer, playing in college and having pursued a career as a professional following his active duty service. He is from San Diego, CA, and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.

Karthi is a seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in administration, operations, and project management within the dynamic realms of IT and finance. With a rich global background, she has successfully collaborated with diverse teams spanning continents, including India, UK, USA, South Africa, and Australia. Driven by a passion for organizational excellence, she is dedicated to pioneering innovative strategies that drive success. As a military spouse herself, she is deeply committed to supporting fellow military families and veterans in their quest for fulfilling career opportunities, aiming to make a meaningful impact in her community and beyond. She holds an MBA with Distinction from Coventry University, an MSc in Hospitality with Tourism Management from University College Birmingham, and is certified in Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies.

is the Senior Acquisition Program Manager and a Team Lead for Ginisis Group, Incorporated (GGI). Since 2017, he is responsible for our Acquisition and Financial Services. Al brings over 15 years of DoD and industry experience, a US Army combat veteran who served as a Logistics Operations Manager during Operation New and Operation Enduring Freedom. With passion in technology and digital transformation, Al joined Ginisis Group to share and execute his passion, implementing workforce solutions amongst our clients in the Government and Military sector. Al holds a BS in Technical Management from Cal Poly Pomona and an MBA from Pepperdine University, specializing in Digital Innovation and Information Systems.

Crystal Orozco is the Senior Cyber Lead & a Team lead for the Ginisis Group, Incorporated (GGI) since 2017. She is responsible for aligning technology solutions with business objective, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless IT operations through her leadership and project management. With a passion for staying at the forefront of technology trends, Crystal brings over 13 years of experience in IT strategy and planning, Project Management, systems administration, cybersecurity, and maintaining industry standard compliance. In addition, she served in the Army National Guard for 12 years as an Information Technology Specialist supporting the 40^th Infantry Division Signal Command in Los Alamitos, CA. Crystal holds a BS in IT with a concentration in mobile development and a Master of Information Systems from University of Phoenix.

Edgar Armenta is the Team Lead for the IT Support Group for Ginisis Group, Incorporated (GGI) since early 2023. He is responsible for personnel management and strategic growth of his team including managing all programs and projects within the our customers organization, this ranges from laptop issuance and account provisioning to supporting events for our customers’ senior leaders. With over 10 years of leadership experience, Edgar has found a role with GGI where he can both nurture his drive for growth as well as instill it in others on his team. Edgar continues to strive for excellence with positive self-development and education opportunities.

Ruel Rafi is the team lead for a small but powerful IT/Cyber Support Team for the Ginisis Group, Incorporated (GGI), since 2023. He is an Air Force veteran with 30 years of military experience and sustained record of success in leadership and business management. Ruel currently directs $4M portfolio in support of multiple high-profile and complex IT projects spanning data integrity, architecture, planning and seamless implementation of enterprise-wide system solutions. Interfaces with diverse internal and external key stakeholders in developing business feasibility, project scoping and funding strategies. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Golden State University and a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from America Military University.
